Delete your account and data

Tracking data on your phone

Your doses, vials, check-ins and journal are stored on your device. To delete them, open the app and go to Settings → Delete all data. Deleting the app also removes them.

Community account (coming soon)

Once community accounts launch, if you've created one for the community, open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. That will permanently deletes your profile, posts and replies within 30 days.

Can't access the app? Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Nothing linked to you, except where the law requires us to keep a record (for example, of the deletion request itself).
