Building a schedule you'll actually stick to

Anchor doses to your routine
It's easier to remember "after I brush my teeth" than "at 9:15 pm". Pick an anchor that happens every day at roughly the right time, and set the app's reminder for just after it.
What usually breaks a schedule
The app handles the last two: every scheduled dose is listed, and logging shows instantly what's done.
- Weekends, travel and late nights
- Running out of a vial unexpectedly
- Several peptides on different rhythms
- Forgetting whether you've already taken a dose
Plan your vials
Know how many doses a vial gives and the date it will run out. The supply planner works this out, including when the use-by date will end a vial before it's empty. The app warns you when a vial is running low.
Cycles and dose changes
If your healthcare professional has set weeks on and weeks off, or a dose that steps up over time, enter it once in the app. It will schedule the right dose on the right days and skip the off weeks.
