Why people pair them
The same two-signal idea as CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, using tesamorelin as the GHRH. Tesamorelin is an approved medicine for one condition, which some people see as a reason to prefer it.
What the research shows
Tesamorelin is well studied on its own for belly fat in HIV-associated lipodystrophy. The combination with ipamorelin has not been studied.
Extra things to consider
- Joint pain, fluid retention, tingling hands and higher blood sugar are known with tesamorelin, and may add up
- Not suitable with active cancer or poorly controlled diabetes
- Prohibited in sport
Ask your doctor
- Is tesamorelin alone enough for my goal?
- What monitoring would I need?
