Stacks, explained

Popular peptide combinations and the biology behind them: why people pair them, what research exists, and the extra risks. Not a recommendation to combine anything.

Combinations to be careful with

Two GLP-1 medicines together

For example semaglutide with tirzepatide or retatrutide. They act on the same receptor, so side effects stack up (severe nausea, dehydration, pancreatitis risk) without clear added benefit.

Melanotan II with PT-141

Both act on the same melanocortin receptors. Nausea, flushing and blood pressure rises can add up.

IGF-1 LR3 with anything that lowers blood sugar

Including insulin, diabetes medicines, or long fasting. Dangerous low blood sugar is the main short-term risk.

Growth hormone peptides with diabetes medicines

Raised growth hormone can push blood sugar up and change how diabetes medicines work. Needs medical supervision.

Several new things at once

Starting more than one substance at the same time makes it impossible to tell which one is helping or causing a side effect.
